Centre for Business Arbitration
The Centre for Business Arbitration was established following Lord Woolf's reforms of legal practices in England and Wales. As alternatives to the courts, case management, arbitration and mediation are less costly alternatives for dispute resolution. CBA needed literature that was clear and precise, leading clients through its 'Dispute Resolution Rules' document to simple to use application forms at the back. Corporate stationery was also designed and produced.
